These are my TPI results from class. The scores are in order: developmental, nurturing, transmission, apprenticeship, and social reform. I was not surprised by these results, they align with how I perceive my style of teaching and my experiences as a teacher and the feedback given to me from those experiences. In future, I want to work on bringing nurturing, apprenticeship and transmission up as I also think those skills are important and could be beneficial to my teaching style.
